Our shipping days are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. * Holidays do not apply. Orders that are placed on Monday, Wednesday or Friday before 9:00 am PDT will be shipped the same day. Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee on every product we offer providing it is unused and in original condition. Please call customer service at 909-991-7373 or email us at office@herodiscusa.com to submit your claim. Customers assume all costs in shipping to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Order Cancellation
Please submit any cancellation via email to: office@herodiscusa.com
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping upon receipt of the returned items.

Prices are in US Dollars. Online promotions are available only when indicated as so on the site. Quantity discounts are automatic and can be viewed by clicking the my cart link on the top of every page.
