Playing disc with Pit Bulls or other hard bite dogs can be challenging, most disc are gone almost before you get warmed up. The Hero Super Swirl (SS) bottom die has been revolution for us.
The SS is tough, flies great, and with the bottom die it has contrast in all light conditions. I have not thrown one into the "can't use it any more pile" the only ones I no longer have are ones I have given to someone that has asked how long does that disc last. They do show ware (tooth marks, etc) but have never lost there shape. Other brands (Jawz) have seemed to become flat after some use, which affects the flight of the disc.
With most organizations allowing the use of any disc, we will be using the SS in all future toss and catch events.
