I got Fanni from very close friends of mine to promote the breed in my home country, Romania. I knew from the first day that I wanted to play disc with her. After a disc dog clinic in 2009, held in Budapest, Hungary, she won 3rd place in the Novice Sport Division at the I. Skyhoundz European Championships. The next year proved to be a difficult one. We started off in mid April, by winning the overall Kathy Miller and Ruckus Challenge in the Novice, in Belgium, after which Fanni came down with a very bad intestinal infection, that almost took her out of my life. She fought through and came back late August to win 2nd place at the same event, but this time in Budapest, Hungary , and in Freestyle Expert. We moved to Budapest, Hungary and started our first full season in disc dog. What a year it has been, we meat great people, have become good friends with most, tried to help other get started to the best of our abilities. This year we have also hosted the very first Disc dog competition in my home town of Oradea, Romania. She proved to be my little miracle dog, I am so lucky to have such a great dog.
