I first meet discs in July 2007, when we get them from Germany. My first Border Collie Bri was in love. She is still in love. Every time she sees a disc, she gets sprinkles in her eyes and a big smile. In October 2007 we went to the first seminar by Jean McCollister, where we got better feeling what discdog is all about. Later on I trained mostly by myself with my friend and went to the first competition in Hungary in February 2008. Bri and I were on 3rd place in Freestyle. I was really happy and I saw that Bri and I could have a really great fun, if we play it on. At that time my second Border Collie Nelly joined us, also with great energy for discdog. My best discipline is Freestyle – because it is »free« and we can put in freestyle routines somethings that is just ours. Every year I have seminars or weekly training for other dogs and handlers. And every year I make at least one competition at the end of the lessons, to show that competitions are funny and relaxing events for human and dogs.
