Our Hero Beyond Blems are new canine discs that were destined for the grinder and the recycling process due to defects in manufacturing. Beyond Blem Bundles boasts the same incredible Hero durability and are great training discs for all disc dog disciplines at vastly discounted prices. These pre-recycled discs have never been thrown.

(Available in Atom 185 models. Each bundle comes with 10 discs.)

Some of the physical manufacturing defects are as follows:

Uneven flight plates (see photos for example) Physical warping
Missing areas of plastic (no breaches, complete & round part)
Comes stamped or unstamped (random, 10 of the same color is possible)

Our shipping days are:

Amazing value!!!

I ordered these discs for a playful pitty mix with a big bite who LOVES his frisbees! In the past we were ordering Hero & Hyperflite discs off Amazon at $15-20 a pop and Bentley (our beloved dog) would have those torn up pretty good after a week even though we don’t allow him to sit and chew. This became very costly for us! I came across these on the Hero site and thought we’ll give them a try. So glad we did! As described, all came without stamps and most had an uneven flight plate/warping- they were all fully formed. This doesn’t matter to us or Bentley as we only use discs for play. They still fly great! I cannot thank you enough for offering the blem discs! You have answered our prayers! At $4 each it’s a great value and we will continue to buy these! I hope you never stop selling these! They are too good for the grinder 😊
If you have a dog that loves to play frisbee and are not competing these are the discs for you!
P.S. I purchased the Atom 185 firm bundle. If you don’t know, these are a little smaller than normal size discs which turned out to be a good choice for us because they don’t “fold” (like a taco) as easy as the bigger ones. Bentley loves to fold his discs which causes them to wear quicker. The normal size ones are the 235 bundle.
